Who we are
The National Armored
Car Association (NACA) was formed in 1929 as an armored car industry
trade association. Today, we are comprised of the major armored
car carriers representing approximately 80% of the U.S. Armored Car
Industry. We focus our activities on legislative and regulatory
matters which affect the entire armored car industry.
NACA goals as outlined in our bylaws are:
- To promote cooperative
action in advancing by all lawful means, the common interest of
the armored car industry.
- To promote activities
and educational forums to further safety and security within the
industry.
- To monitor and
evaluate federal/state legislation and regulations which may affect
the armored car industry.
- To develop and
have enacted federal/sate legislation AND regulations which protect
our companies and employees from harm and promotes public
safety.
